KEY ELEMENTS WOMEN SHOULD HAVE IN THEIR WARDROBE DURING COLD WEATHER

I will enumerate 5 wardrobe pieces women need in their closet as soon as the temperature drops and becomes cooler.

1. A turtleneck

As a kid, I used to hate wearing a turtleneck and I would invent all sorts of excuses, from "My neck is too hot", to "It goes too high", to "It's itchy" knowing the fabric was confortable, in short, I HATED those so so bad. However, now as a grown person, I learned to appreciate actual fashion and see the beauty and positive aspects of certain wardrobe pieces such as a turtleneck.  It brings a touch of seriousness to a basic outfit as it can also bring a vintage look to it. Finding the perfect one shouldn't be too hard. When you do buy some in all the colours available!

2. A nice oversized sweater

Finding the perfect oversized sweater can be quite hard, first of all because when you try it on most often than not the fabric I very uncomfortable on your skin so it might look good but its either super itchy or feels like you're wearing sandpaper. Secondly, in my case, the sleeves are made somehow super short and I know that when I'll wash it, it risks shrinking and will be even more short around my wrists. Thirdly, the fit might not be right, either too oversized or too skinny or too long or too cropped...and so on. I find the best sweater would have somewhat of a turtleneck, oversized around the body, tight around the wrists and waist. If it's a sweater dress or a sweater I will be wearing with leggings than at the waist, it being straight would obviously be perfect. 

3. A cardigan

The perfect cardigan can also be tricky to find because they mostly all look the same. What will mostly vary is the fabric, so if it is knitted big, small or not at all. If the cardigan is fitted big or adjusted will give two different looks with the same outfit; an oversized cardigan will make a look more casual and a more fitted one will make it a bit more classy. The fabric of the cardigan shouldn't be too thin otherwise it will look cheap but it shouldn't be too thick either.

4. A denim skirt

A denim skirt can be completed for a whole outfit and have different vibes to it. You can wear a denim skirt to an interview and the whole fit will look very professional and nice as it can be worn for a night out and look super fashionable and somewhat sexy. It's a type of skirt that can also be worn during all four seasons and be matched with multiple elements to create outfits more adapted to the current weather; per example, with a oversized sweater, tights, a nice pair of boots, it's perfect for winter; with a cute pair of Chelsea boots, a nice long coat and a simple white tee, it would be perfect for spring; combined with a cute tube top or bodysuit and a beautiful pair of sandals and you got yourself a perfect summer fit; finally, if you wear a turtleneck with an oversized sweater or a nice cardigan with a cute pair of booties you got yourself a nice fall outfit.

5. A cute pair of booties

A whole outfit is not complete unless paired with the perfect shoes. And the shoes aren't perfect unless they are carefully chosen. The most important factor when you're looking for the perfect pair footwear is comfort, while saying this you gotta keep in mind that heels, no matter how cute they are will at some point hurt. However you need to find that pair in which you can spend long hours standing in them without them being a bother. When you shop always consider the material, the harder it is, the faster the pain will be felt through your feet; read reviews when you shop online it helps and consider specific conditions that apply to you, for example I have flat feet which makes my feet hurt faster than other, even more with shoes that don't have a thick enough pad and the front of my feet are wide, so shoes that are to pointy in front will be super painful for me. Don't go a size down just because you love the shoes and really want them, at the end of the day, when you buy a pair of shoes, it's to wear them as much as possible and be comfortable in them as well as looking good!
