WHY I STARTED MY BLOG

The blog of an unknown girl who loves talking wanting to be heard in this world full of voices.

I am a young adult living in Montreal, Canada who loves talking to people. I never hesitate to speak my mind and initiate debates that will trigger hearing different points of view.

A  friend of mine told me more or less a year ago that I had interesting things to talk about and suggested I start a blog of my own. I told her that it was a lot of work and commitment and I didn't know if I was ready to give so much time and energy to a full-time "job". Fast forward to maybe a few months ago, my friend was talking to me about wanting to start her YouTube channel but she was not camera ready yet, so I suggested a blog.And I had a flash of the conversation I had with my friend who suggested I start my blog. I did my research on the best sites to start a blog and that was it! 

Opening up to strangers

As I've said, I love talking with people and exchanging points of view, but the main worry had about starting my own blog was having to opening up to people and losing a part of my privacy, but then again I realized that at the end of the day what I decide to write and post is all up to me and if I don't want to expose everything about my life I am not in any obligation, I don't owe anything to anyone. So yeah...I'll be breaking the barrier between me, an unknown girl, and the world.

Plans for my blog

I  tried being original with my blog and doing certain things that are different from others or from what we watch in YouTube videos. I mainly separated my blog in 4 big "chapters": Travel, Activities, Fashion and Food. In the travel section I plan on sharing anything that I traveling related, either talking about my trips, trips I plan on doing, sites I suggest you guys to use, places to visit and so on. In the activities section I plan on talking about things I did in my hometown that you might find in yours, things I did on my trips, activities to do with friends, with family or with your S.O. In the fashion section the word itself is pretty much self explanatory, so I'll give you little fashion advice based on my many different vibes, depending on the weather, the occasion or simply different moods. To wrap it up, in my food section, ill share anything that is food related, from places I ate, to food I plan on eating in other countries, to recipes I tried out on my own, in short, anything that is going to satisfy the black hole that is my stomach. Eventually, when it starts working well, I might ask you to suggest me new categories to add that you would like me to write about.

Plans

I have big plans for this blog and I am already very excited. it will be a lot of work and commitment and I am already asking you to be patient and to be indulgent with me because I am new to this. I really hope you'll enjoy.
